1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Zeneth SEO (the "Service"), operated by Zeneth Pro LLC ("Zeneth", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Zeneth SEO is an automated SEO scanning, fixing, and reporting service. We scan the pages of websites you submit, detect SEO issues, apply safe automatic fixes, and produce a report showing changes made and your SEO score before and after. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Plan prices are as listed on our pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for legitimate website SEO improvement. You may not:

• Submit websites you do not own or have explicit permission to modify.
• Use the Service to scan or probe third-party sites without authorization.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

6. Indexing directives and sensitive changes

Zeneth SEO will never automatically modify indexing directives (noindex, nofollow, robots.txt rules, or canonical tags that affect crawl access) without your explicit approval. Such changes are flagged in your report for manual review. You are solely responsible for approving changes to indexing directives.

7. Intellectual property

The Zeneth SEO software, design, and all content on our website are owned by Zeneth Pro LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. The SEO fixes and reports generated for your site remain your property.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC IMPROVEMENTS TO SEARCH ENGINE RANKINGS. SEO RESULTS DEPEND ON MANY FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL, INCLUDING SEARCH ENGINE ALGORITHM CHANGES.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZENETH PRO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeneth Pro LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of the current billing period.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service.
